Situation

"Everyone could arrive at their own pace, cook for themselves, and park their large cars in the yard. It worked."

During Stora Enso's shutdown, we accommodated 30–40 installers from a Finnish installation company. The group could check in with their own codes regardless of the time of day. The shared terrace and courtyard made free time more comfortable – no need to sit in a hotel room. Laundry, cooking, and parking spaces were all under one roof.

Situation

"Initially one apartment was needed, eventually nine. Vuokrakaista scaled along and there was no need to explain every time."

A two-year project began with a single apartment with a sauna. As the number of people grew, capacity was increased as needed – to a maximum of nine apartments. During the project, there were also occasional visitors – for some, two nights were enough, others stayed for a month. Flexible solutions were found for everyone without complicated contractual arrangements.

Situation

The customer called in distress – a water damage at home, the apartment uninhabitable. We immediately told them what was available, sent pictures and the price. The customer gave the damage number, and we made a written offer to the insurance company right away. In the evening, the customer moved into a ready-made apartment – without stress or extra paperwork.
