How do I get access and when can I check in?
All our properties feature modern Keyless Access. You will receive a personal door code via SMS or WhatsApp well in advance before your stay begins. Check-in is fully flexible and available at any time of day—no more key pickups or waiting around.
Is there space for vans or large equipment?
Yes! Especially at our properties in Varkaus, there are exceptionally good and free parking facilities for larger vans and heavy equipment right next to the apartments. In Jyväskylä, we also provide convenient parking options close to the apartments.
Is consolidated invoicing or e-invoicing available for companies?
Absolutely. We offer hassle-free e-invoicing for corporate clients and insurance companies. We can send a monthly consolidated invoice that includes a clear breakdown of all accommodation, making your company's accounting and expense management easier.
What is included in the apartment equipment?
All our apartments are designed for smooth everyday living, although there are some location-specific differences in amenities:
- Jyväskylä: All our apartments are fully equipped homes, each including a private Dishwasher and washing machine.
- Theft: All our properties provide at least access to a kitchen and the possibility to use a washing machine.
- Please note: Vanha Postitalo operates in an apartment hotel style, so not all individual rooms have a private kitchen. However, residents have access to well-equipped shared facilities.
- Included in all apartments: In addition to fast WiFi, all our properties feature high-quality beds with linens ready made, bed sheets, towels, and basic supplies for cooking and cleaning.
What is the minimum stay?
With us, you can stay as long as your project requires—from a few nights to several months or even years.
- Short stays: The minimum stay is typically 2–3 nights, depending on the property. Please note that not all properties allow booking just 2 nights far in advance.
- Long-term stays: We specialize in long-term project accommodation. The longer your stay, the lower the daily rate we can offer.
- Flexibility: If your project schedule changes, it is usually possible to extend your stay flexibly. In such cases, please contact Janne directly.
Is smoking allowed in the apartments?
All our apartments are strictly non-tuxedo. Smoking is only permitted outdoors in designated areas in accordance with the housing association's rules. This ensures that the apartments remain fresh and comfortable for all residents.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not have pet-friendly apartments available.
Where are the apartments located?
We offer accommodation in central locations close to services and industrial sites:
- Theft: Our properties (such as Vanha Postitalo and Pankkitalo) are located right near the city center and in Päiviönsaari. Korpela, on the other hand, is situated right next to the factory's main gate, within a short distance of city services. These locations provide excellent transport connections to major industrial worksites in the area, as well as extensive parking for large vehicles.
- Jyväskylä: Our apartments are located in the popular Lutakko area and right in the city center. The locations are ideal, as they are within walking distance of services, the Paviljonki congress center, and the travel center.
