Price list and booking practices Winter season 2025/2026

Below you will find our basic price list and the most important booking policies. Prices apply to direct sales bookings.  Prices are not valid during special events , such as the Jyväskylä At the Suomipop Festival and rallies Time. Not all of our apartments are on the list. You can also ask for more affordable budget solutions

• Studio: Price from 84 €

• Two-room apartment: Price from 99 €

• Two-room apartment with sauna: Price from 120 €

• Three-room apartment with sauna: Price from 150 €

Discounts for long-term stays

• Week: –12 %

• Month: –30 %

• Year: –50 %

Change

• The minimum reservation for the basic price list is 2–3 days , and applies as a general rule to Reservations for the next few weeks .

• We reserve the right to: refuse short bookings if they prevent the receipt of longer and relevant reservations (e.g. several weeks or months ahead).

• Exception: Project accommodation and longer-term construction site periods (e.g. Mon–Fri ) can be accepted with shorter booking periods.

• You can ask corporate agreement and open business invoicing .

• Invoicing is also possible with e-invoices .

• Payment can also be made with a payment link, Finnish online banks, mobilepay and Klarna.
• All prices VAT 0%.
