All our apartments are designed for smooth everyday life, but there is a slight variation in the equipment depending on the location:

• Jyväskylä: All our apartments are fully equipped homes, where you can always find your own dishwasher and Washing machine .

• Theft: All of our properties have at least access to a kitchen and the possibility to use a washing machine.

  • Please note: The Old Post Office operates in the style of an apartment hotel, so not all individual rooms have their own kitchen, but the residents have access to comprehensive common areas.

• In all apartments, always: In addition to a fast WiFi connection, all our properties have high-quality beds pre-made, bed linen, towels and basic supplies for cooking and cleaning.

With us, you can stay flexibly for exactly as long as your project requires – from a few nights to several months or even years.

• Short reservations: The shortest accommodation period is usually 2-3 days, depending on the destination. Please note that you will not be able to book 2 nights months in advance in all destinations

• Long-term accommodation: We specialize in long-term project stays. The longer the stay lasts, the lower the daily rate we can offer.

• Flexibility: If the schedule of your project changes, it is usually possible to extend the accommodation period flexibly. In this case, contact Janne directly.

All our apartments are absolutely non-smoking . Smoking is only allowed outdoors in marked areas in accordance with the housing company's rules. This ensures that the apartments remain fresh and comfortable for all residents.

We offer accommodation in central locations close to services and industrial sites:

• Theft: Our properties (such as Vanha Postitalo, Pankkitalo) are located right next to the city center and on Päiviönsaari. Korpela, on the other hand, is right next to the main gate of the factory, a short distance from the city's services. They have excellent transport connections to the area's large industrial sites and extensive parking facilities for large vehicles.

• Jyväskylä: Our apartments are located in the popular In the Lutakko area and in the heart of the city . The locations are ideal, as they are within walking distance of the services, the Pavilion and the travel center.
